Well here is the answer to the question you asked me on my blog. I thought I would post it here too in case you didn't see it on mine.
Rachael, Blogger doesn't have the ability to upload videos. You can link to the video file though - hosted from on another site. If you are wondering how I got the animated "Slap Your Co-worker" video, that isn't really a video. That is an animated .gif file (like an image). Hopefully that answered your question, if not, let me know.
